When you write a book and then write it again, and then rewrite it, eventually you have to show it to other people. I’m no Emily Dickinson, writing to hear myself speak.
I love fantasy and science fiction. I remember being transported, reading my favourites as a child. Watership Down, The Blue Sword and The Hero and the Crown, the Valdemar books and the work of Monica Hughes. A million others.
It’s very easy to want to. It’s much harder to do it.
But here we are.
