I started writing Mayfly ages ago, as a break from my fantasy series. It was fun to explore a different world entirely. And by different, I mean this one, but with monsters. The first tentative steps into the process of world-building is like stepping away from your dream house construction site. I love my fantasy world, and I love this new thing that I’m creating.
