I like this meal a lot. Brown rice and lentil, with beef, mushroom, and zucchini stir fry.

One of my favorite things in Japan is goma takana. It’s that green garnish in the top right. It’s pickled mustard green with sesame seeds. I used to buy it because it tastes a bit like sauerkraut but now I love it for itself. (Growth!) The brand that I love the best is actually from Daiso, the most famous of Japanese dollar stores. Nothing else tastes quite right.
