I like this recipe a lot more. I think my processor could have done a slightly more robust job of liquefying the soup, but the flavours have a lot more body than the last recipe.
This is a Turkish red lentil soup taken from Masala Herb. I think I need to write out the instructions in a way that I can follow a little easier, but I really love the taste. I may have tossed in a bit of coriander and ginger? Not much though.
I’m still struggling with anxiety. It’s become a constant, but today I could put together a to-do list and accomplish a few things. I’ll take it a success. I’m hoping to work on my WIP later.
