Tokyo isn’t covered with graffiti. It tends to disappear really quickly. The new south exit of Shibuya station used to have little nooks and crannies where it survived, but a lot of the spaces where it used to survive were knocked down to make way for station and shopping expansion.
This piece was on a highway median barrier. Interestingly, before it was cleaned off it was scribbled over by a much less cool person.
