Bread and writer’s block

Well, not exactly writer’s block. It is frustrating to have a portion of your book on its second draft and the rest of it on…I can’t even begin to guess.

I think that I finally got a good reaction on my yeast. Today’s baking experiment is probably the first time that I would call my loaf a success. For me, anyway. I’m definitely keeping this recipe in any case.b1
