Chicken Stew

It is chicken stew day, since I have a bit of time. I don’t have a lot of energy after work these days. I’m not actually sure why. I have theories. Instead of energy. Yeah. So I can freeze some of this for my “no energy to cook” future.

Also I was inside all day. Yesterday I spent six or so hours outside in 35C (ish, I tried not to look at the temperature, but the staff member at the free live was cautioning us to be careful). This is definitely food for when you’re cool.

One of the curiosities in Japan is that boneless chicken breast is usually the cheapest meat you can buy. It makes for a healthy choice, but so boring. Finding a tasty recipe that I can make is a definite boon.
