In any case, as it was a national holiday in Japan (Marine Day, to celebrate oceans) I decided to treat myself to a small dinner at my favorite tonkatsu restaurant.
There are many tonkatsu places, but Tonkatsu Wako is my favorite because it’s a reliable chain, not too expensive, and they have the best dressing.
It’s yuzu, and it’s delicious. The cabbage is just a dressing delivery system.
Now the question is, do I have the energy for laundry, or would I rather get back to the fun work?
